On November 9, 2018, OSHA published a final rule which added an employer evaluation requirement on top of the existing certification requirement.  You can read details of this requirement in our newsletter here.

This requirement can be handled in-house if you have an employee with the knowledge, skill and experience to be your evaluator.  If, however, you are a one-person operation, a small company without the human resources to cover this requirement, or just plain to busy to think about this right now, you can hire us on an hourly consulting basis to conduct your evaluations for you.  Call or email us for details.
