This is a full-day class which meets the requirements of OSHA's 2010 standard for third-party qualification.  Participants must pass a written and practical signal test, and a written rigging test in order to receive their certification card.

We offer certification through both the NCCER and the NCCCO.  Both certifications are nationally accredited by ANSI and meet the OSHA requirement for certified operators on crane and derrick construction sites, but they have different testing processes and exam categories.  For a summary of the differences, click here.

We offer both public and onsite options for both certifications.  Our public NCCER classes are held throughout New England, but our public NCCCO classes are only held at Shawmut Equipment in South Easton, MA, due to the requirement that CCO test sites be registered in advance.

This five-day class is for aspiring operators who are already employed by a company that owns and operates cranes.  The class includes NCCER certification in the boom truck category.
